apcupsd default config for usb ups broken

The /etc/apcupsd/apcupsd.conf lists this:

# To get apcupsd to work, in addition to defining the cable
# above, you must also define a UPSTYPE, which corresponds to
# the type of UPS you have (see the Description for more details).
# You must also specify a DEVICE, sometimes referred to as a port.
# For USB UPSes, please leave the DEVICE directive blank. For

However uncommented immediately below is:

UPSTYPE usb
DEVICE /dev/ttyS0

This should be
UPSTYPE usb
DEVICE

Without this change apcaccess shows status as COMMLOST.

With it I'm getting a proper connection with apcaccess shows a status of ONLILNE.

(Currently using an APC Back-UPS RS 1500MS)
