The web page at https://shutter-project.org/downloads/source-code/ contains several broken or outdated links:

- It says that the source code is available at https://shutter-project.org/wp-content/uploads/releases/tars/ but the latest releases are not present there
- It links to a contact page that does not exist anymore: https://shutter-project.org/downloads/contact
- It links to https://code.launchpad.net/~mario-kemper/shutter/devel as the source code repo but that does not work anymore as well
