i really didnt notice anything wrong the instalation went well to the end

Bug Description

For some reason the Installer App. or some other routine it called or that initiated the install was expecting there would be an older version .. this is a fresh 1st time install

From the logs, it is actually a problem with faulty hardware, likely the disk or the controller itself
