save as template or draft does not work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunderbird

either when I try to work on an email already sent "as new" or I take one from the template folder(previously saved) and want to work on them "as new"
it gives me a yellow background and the inline images are gone only placeholders show and the format also is messed up. If needed I can send you a screenshot. I am working with a Ubuntu 7.10 platform under gnome.
