Bug Description

When I run tests via Selenium error modal is shown on Chrome run.

In Russian:
Ошибка при загрузке разширения
Не удалось загрузить расширение из: . Файл манифеста отсутствует или недоступен для чтения

Translation:
Error while loading extension
Couldn't load extension from: . Manifest file is absent or couldn't be read

My previous OS was Fedora 31 and tests worked there.
After I've installed Ubuntu 19.10 (clean install with all /home data removed) tests stopped working.

Can you share your selenium tests? Without more details on the test setup and what they're doing, I can't look into the problem.
