Print/Email from saved list fails or sends wrong data

Bug Description
Since release 3.2, patrons with saved lists have had the option to print or email one or more titles from their saved lists.
Though this works fine for titles that have been added to the Basket/Temporary List, we've discovered that the print and email functions do not work correctly for saved lists. The record IDs sent to print or email do not match those selected.
To reproduce this on a concerto system such as demo.evergreenc
Perform a catalog search and select a few titles
Under Basket Actions, choose Add Basket to Saved List
Name the list and submit
Next, retrieve your saved list and under Actions for these items, choose Print title details.
The print dialog will pop up and the titles will display on the screen
Note that the displayed titles are not those that were chosen.
On our production system, most of the time when attempting this, we get this error:

I've confirmed this bug with printing on our production 3.2.3 server and on our 3.4 test server.
When I try to email, I get a browser-side confirmation that my email has been queued for delivery, but it doesn't look like it's actually coming through.
