Opening external drive in disks shows wrong disk

Bug Description

When I navigate to the directory of my "Data" internal drive, right click, choose properties, and click "open in disks," the disk application opens to the wrong disk (the first one in the list, my nvme boot ssd). Additionally, I don't see the drive in the side bar (like 18.04).

If I had tried to do this with a flash drive I was planning to reformat, I might have accidentally formatted my boot drive.
