Bug Description
the following boxes won't boot thumb-drive containing daily ISO
motion computing j3400 (c2d-u9400, 4gb, intel mobile 4 series)
dell [optiplex] 745 (c2d-6600, 6gb, amd/ati radeon rv516/x1300/x1550)
the following box seems to go strange after screen blanks (screen saver); wallpaper doesn't return and then programs won't load?? i cannot shutdown or reboot via menu, however switching to text terminal (ctrl+alt+f4 works) and I see no squashfs errors in `dmesg` or clues of issues..
sony vaio ultrabook (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
The issue with sony vaio requires re-test...
my intention is to mark this 'invalid' until I work out wtf is going on, but thumb-drive has validated okay on 4 boxes (inc. sony vaio) so far but I still suspect it's the crappy thumb-drive's fault
