Bug Description

I've never had a problem before. The touchpad worked great on all Ubuntu releases including Eoan until I installed the latest updates today. I generally use Wayland. I haven't tested the touchpad on X11.

This problem seems resolved. I'm not sure what I did to fix it.

Ah ha! This is a bug, but it gets resolved after a laptop suspend-resume cycle. That is, the touchpad is not detected after a reboot. However, it is detected after the next suspend-resume.
