Bug Description
The minor update playbook is separate due to having specific requirements around `serial` handling in Ansible. (-> Minor update procedure doesn't run deploy_
The tasks tagged with post_deploy_steps are currently missing (and there may be some more that are missing). This doesn't seem to cause any real issues right now, but it's an inconsistency.
