Bug Description
Currently, libpod rpm does not build on rhel8/centos8 due to several missing dependencies, thus we cannot introduce integration with tripleo: https:/
Upstream ticket at https:/
This ticket should stay open here until we are unblocked from creating the integration.

building libpod rpm is a new development and as such cannot be be "promotion blocker"
