Bug Description
After the patch landed by "LP: #1851506 Add GeminiLake support on Intel int340x thermal device"
The thermal zone "TCPU" is corretly created, but thermald still not work as expected on bionic so system will shutdown by cpu stress test.
But thermald 1.9 works well with patched kernel, so it might some patches needed for thermald 1.7 on bionic.
