Provide failover support, which will make the zLinux implementation of SMC reach full protocol compliance.

Looks like the patches might come with a kernel, that's released after Focal's target kernel.
Please share the commit IDs _as early as possible_ and we will look if they can be integrated into Focal.

hence updating the status here to Fix Released.
