Bug Description

I found the 'Dell Premium Active Pen (PN579X)' that I just received and as presently sold by Dell elicits the problem described at https://github.com/linuxwacom/xf86-input-wacom/issues/39. I generated a patch file from https://github.com/linuxwacom/xf86-input-wacom/commit/3b338312eb275f2d9a602805931fa47d863a0209 and applied it to the source, rebuilt, reinstalled and can confirm that it did resolve the issue. The upstream fix is based against a newer version of the package. To backport, I did need to resolve a minor conflict so that would apply cleanly to the current version in eoan. I uploaded the patchfile as an attachment.
