improve drag'n'drop tooltip of track properties

Bug Description
For example, the decks' track title tooltip says something like
"Drop tracks from library, file manager, other decks ... here."
Let's improve the tooltip so it also mentions explicitely those text aren't drop targets only but can also be dropped into crates etc.
To be honest, it took me ages to realize I could also drag those track properties and even the cover art to other decks, but more importantly: to the library, to crates and playlists.
This is way more convenient than track properties having a right-click menu (which is desirable for other purposes though).
