Bug Description
We use rabbitmq in our openstack infrastructrue and we use queues mirroring. The charm option "mirroring-queues" enable mirroring for all (When set to True the 'ha-mode: all' policy is applied to all the exchanges that match the expression '^(?!amq\.).*' )
We think the "fanout" messages are only temporary and not necessary for us to mirror them. We hope for a performace profit if we can disable mirroring for fanout message queues.
It would be great to have an option to disable fanout message queues mirroring. Or is there a way to set this setting persistently after deployment?

TRIAGE: interesting new option.
Unfortunately, as the charm can write the rabbitmq configs at any time (upgrades or any other config changed) there is no way to make it persistent after deployment if it's not in the charm. Adding a config item to the charm is a fairly easy process, though. Please reach out to the Openstack charmers team on #openstack-charms on irc or via the mailing list.
