Status bar is disordered after change screen rotation

Status bar is disordered after change screen rotation between normal and left or right.

Reproduced steps:

1. Launch screen resolution applet from Settings.
2. Change screen rotation from "Normal" to "Left", cick "Apply".
3. On prompt dialog, select "Keep resolution".
4. Change screen rotation from "left" to "normal", cick "Apply", then keep resolution.

Current result:

In step3, time&data plugin disappear, only batery life show on status bar. Click blank area on status bar, it shows bluetooth,brightness,volume,SKB, but network manager disappear. And SKB mode is changed instead of default.
In step4, network manager&battery life disappeared. Click blank area on status bar, it shows bluetooth and SKB. It's very surprise that show battery life status when click bluetooth icon.
Same issue happened on switch between "Normal" and "right". If reboot system after step4, all work well.

Expected result:

In step3&4, all marquee bar and status bar should work correctly.

Horace, is it possible to fix it in M9. If you can, I will add tag M9.

The issue is obvious to end-user, suggest it is fixed in M9, add milestone tag.

this is fixed in hildon-desktop 0.0.43-9, but it seems like Todd has already remove screen rotation from settings. :-)

Verified in applets 0.28, removed left and right rotation settings, the issue doesn't exist, close it.
