Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I've set my preferred web browser to Custom: "firefox-3.0 %s" in the preferred applications capplet. However, I get strange behaviour when opening links in gnome-terminal or Evolution - sometimes these links will be opened in firefox-3.0, and sometimes they'll be opened in Epiphany. I can't see any pattern in which browser they'll be opened in: it doesn't seem to matter whether firefox or epiphany are already open and it doesn't alternate between them.

Thank you for your bug report. Do you still get the issue? Do you always open URL, or do you sometime open links from nautilus?

Thanks for reminding me. This bug seems to have disappeared a week or so ago, and I haven't quite got around to updating this.

I'll re-open it with the extra information if it reappears.
