Change reporter label for action.all_circulation_slim

The fix for bug 1695007 created a new, slimmer view for the web client to access aged and active circulations more quickly. Unfortunately, the reporter label for the new view is identical to the other Combined Aged and Active Circulations source ("circulations" for the "slim" version, "Circulations" for the original). This creates confusion for reports end users and should be clarified.
