Bug Description

I try to run the software updater GUI, and i get the following error:

The System Package is Broken:
Check if you are using third party repositories. If so disable them, since they are a common source of problems.
Furthermore run the following command in a Terminal: apt-get install -f
Transaction failed: The package system is broken
The following packages have unmet dependencies:

linux-image-generic: Depends: linux-modules-extra-5.3.0-22-generic but it is not installed

So then I run, apt update, followed by sudo apt dist-upgrade,

I get the following error:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-image-generic : Depends: linux-modules-extra-5.3.0-22-generic but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

So i run sudo apt --fix-broken install, then i get the following error:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Correcting dependencies... Done
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  linux-image-5.0.0-32-generic linux-modules-5.0.0-32-generic
  linux-modules-extra-5.0.0-32-generic
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.
The following additional packages will be installed:
  linux-modules-extra-5.3.0-22-generic
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  linux-modules-extra-5.3.0-22-generic
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
3 not fully installed or removed.

I dont know why im getting a segmentation fault, I have plenty of space and ram, i have around 60gb of space in the OS drive and 16gb of ram. i checked the processes only about half of my ram was in use.

I try apt --fix-broken install one more time, I get the following:

Its likely that the file (/var/cache/apt/archives/linux-modules-extra-5.3.0-22-generic_5.3.0-22.24_amd64.deb) on disk is corrupt. Please run sudo apt-cache clean and then try --fix-broken again.
