Bug Description

Entering (vector 1 2 3) results in the error "Unbound variable: nmv-header?". The REPL actually gets as far as printing ";Value:" before encountering the error.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Pop!_OS 19.10

$ apt-cache policy mit-scheme
mit-scheme:

I'm not seeing this problem on Debian, using mit-scheme 11.2-2.
