Bug Description
We preconfigure and test a HP printer on our instrument in production. A new printer is sent with the instrument ( same model as the preconfigured printer) but when the customer plugs in the new printer, the instrument fails to recognize it.
The customer needs to reinstall the driver although the printer is the same model as it was originally preconfigured with.

Can you please provide the HP printer details, distro detail and the driver version you are installing?
