"Applications" Aplet doesn't accept left-click to launch it.

Bug Description

With Plank 0.11.89 on Ubuntu Budgie 19.10, all the applications on Plank are started with left-click. This should also apply to the 'Applications' Docklet.

Adding to this, left click should function the same as right click on the applet.

In Ubuntu 21.10 samw problem. Applications docklet simply doesn't work left, right or middle click. Completely unresponsive.
