Show Xfce Terminal in the menu

Please remove the custom .desktop file that prevents the app menu from showing the Xfce Terminal entry.

Thunar used to be hidden from the menu as well, until the following commit which allowed the entry to be shown: https://git.launchpad.net/xubuntu-default-settings/commit/usr/share/xubuntu/applications?id=4add212de743751ae608dfaa2e40123d1f322db3
I'd suggest doing the same for the terminal.

Along with this, I would propose hiding the existing "Xfce Terminal" launcher in the menu, since it opens the settings dialog and not the actual panel.
