Bug Description
We have deployed a openstack-ansible stein in our environment.We are facing a issue with cinder volume for lvm reports an error "cinder driver not supports active active configuration".
After disabling cluser = ceph option in cinder.conf we are able to create lvm volume but failed to create RBD
volume.Means any of the volume is created.We have to enable both backends lvm and ceph.
Setup : openstack-ansible 1 controller 1 compute 1 mon 3 OSD host
