Bug Description
I just installed clean Ubuntu Budgie 19.10 and I noticed some applications like VLC, Virtuabox... start really slow.
When you click on the application icon, it starts and appear on the plank dock, then it stays there a few seconds and then disappear again, after passing a few second then the application open.
Usually it takes between 10-30 seconds.
After reporting to Ubuntu Bugie forum, one of the team member "fossfreedom" recommended that we could remove the qt5-gtk2-

qt5-gtk2- platformtheme is deprecated and unmaintained (just like GTK2 itself), so uninstalling that package is the right solution.
I was going to remove that package from Ubuntu, but did not do it only because some users protested.
