Livepatch tip is not translated in update-manager

Bug Description

Ubuntu 20.04 development branch with kernel 5.3.0-18-generic up to date to latest @ 2/11/2019

After update-manager GUI has finished its updates
the finish window has not translated the livepatch tip and the settings & livepatch button
in the systems language, dutch in my case, i did not test other languages
(see screenshot)

The title however has been translated correctly (The software on this computer has been updated)
