Bug Description
Only ring0 is currently supported. The charm should support building a second ring on a separate interface if the cluster members are multi-homed and share a second space.
This would increase resiliency against loss of quorum during partial network outages.
Additionally, the charm should provide an action for healing failed rings (corosync-cfgtool -r), or be able to detect when it's safe to do so automatically.
