Embedded OPAC: load added content more selectively

Bug Description

In the current AngularJS embedded catalog, I find myself having to wait a long time for added content to load, when I'm not going to wind up using, say, Novelist as part of my cataloging process. Even when I have the MARC Edit set as my default tab, all that added content has to load before I can even open up the MARC record.

In the Angular experimental catalog Patron View tab, the added content is hidden in record detail areas that (unless they are open by default) can't be toggled open by staff members. It might be helpful not to wait for those calls before presenting the OPAC view as well (and maybe removing the record detail areas that can't be opened from the readonly view).

We are on 3.6.2. We have run into an issue where we can't access our additional resources (we use Novelist). Staff really liked this for looking series information and similar titles. Now we need to open another window with the OPAC view or use the traditional catalog.

Note: In 3.8 the new staff catalog doesn't load the added content (making it faster) and clicking on the new OPAC View button opens the record in a new tab with the added content and other links fully functional.

Marking as invalid, since I think the current situation as described by Terran addresses my original concern.
