INFO:kolla.common.utils.horizon:ERROR: Package 'searchlight-ui' requires a different Python: 2.7.5 not in '>=3.6'

INFO:kolla.common.utils.searchlight-base:ERROR: Package 'searchlight' requires a different Python: 2.7.5 not in '>=3.6'

potential fix has to be put into the qdrouterd fix

searchlight itself was broken too (we disabled building there)
