Bug Description
Whenever I create a bond or bridge with MAAS 2.7 the new virtual interface is disconnected. The underlying physical interface is connected.
1. All physical and virtual interfaces created with MAAS should be created in a connected state.
2. It shouldn't be possible to disconnect a virtual interface as its always connected to a physical interface.
