The periodic-tripleo-ci-centos-7-singlenode-featureset050-upgrades-master fails after the deployment/upgrade is successful in post task trace like:

Examples at [1][2][3]. I suspect [4] is related we may need to tweak conditionals there and it merged about the time this appears [5]

MASTER PROMOTION BLOCKER as this is in criteria [6]
this is also seen in [7] periodic-tripleo-ci-centos-7-singlenode-featureset050-upgrades-train but that is not in train criteria [8]
