Bug Description
The ability to load custom CSS from a library setting rather than go through template changes would be useful.

To test add something like
.opac-multiline -button > a, .opac-button, .results_ header_ btns a, #simple- detail- view-links a, .dash_account_ buttons a {
color: #FF0000; }
Which will give you very festive red and green buttons.
