Bug Description
in 19.10 after release
bug seen
1.after standby brighness become max
2.brighness not save after reboot mostly remains 10 percent after reboot max brightness save but not zero percent means one cannot save brightness 2 to 10% approx
3.calacultor takes miliions of years to open
4.some apps slow to open
5.some time USC become blank white
