Bug Description

Evergreen 3.2+

In the web staff bib record merge UI, users have the option to edit the lead MARC record. Often, staff need to copy values from a subordinate record into the lead record. For users of the flat text editor, this could be improved by making the read-only view of the subordinate records use the same subfield delimiter as the flat text editor.

The read-only breaker view uses the default double-daggers, while the flat text editor uses the '$' character. I propose the read-only breaker view also use the '$' character so entire rows of content may be copy/pasted into the lead record without modification.

Branch en route.

Tested and works for me. I've pushed a signoff branch to user/gmcharlt/lp1848778_signoff and enhanced the commit message to add a test plan and note that it fixes a similar issue with editing Z39.50 records to overlay way.
