Bug Description

xubuntu pulls in light-locker-settings which depends on Python2. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS shouldn't have any images and meta packages depending on Python2.

So either the light-locker-settings seed should be dropped, or light-locker-settings should be fixed to use python3-psutil instead of python-psutil.

Repeatable on LiveUSB.

Maybe there are some dependencies that are not fully removed.
