Bug Description

Hello!

Trying to install Ubuntu 19.10 from pxe the same way as 19.04:

append initrd=images/ubuntu/19.10d/casper/initrd boot=casper netboot=nfs nfsroot=192.168.22.101:/opt/pxe/images/ubuntu/19.10d systemd.mask=dev-hugepages.mount systemd.mask=dev-mqueue.mount systemd.mask=sys-fs-fuse-connections.mount systemd.mask=sys-kernel-config.mount systemd.mask=sys-kernel-debug.mount systemd.mask=tmp.mount --

But nfs client says it can't contact nfs 192.168.22.101, i.e. there is no network.

Bug or we need to add new parameter?
