Bug Description
Sometime we use silk (top and bottom) for documentation with line/symbol/text composing some kind of image of specification to user / assembly guy.
Should be useful allow to resize a bunch of selected silk (free) objects (that are not part of a footprint) like used in Eeschema to resize add bitmap images.

This is dependent on the upcoming properties work being done for v6. Once that is in place we can start adding changing common object properties. This bug report may actually be a duplicate because the properties work should resolve this bug.
