[Steps to reproduce]
1. Install Ubuntu 19.10 on ThinkPad X1 Yoga 4th Gen
2. Login system
3. Navigate to 'System Settings' -> 'Sound'
4. Verify the input and output working or not

[Expected result]
Both input and output work normally, user could hear the sound from internal speaker, also could record voice from internal mic

[Actual result]
Internal speaker works normally, internal mic is useless and got gray always
