[gfx]Poulsbo driver ignores xorg settings when acpi video driver is not present

Bug Description
If the acpi video driver is not present the poulsbo driver sets the resolution to the highest that is detected ignoring an settings in the xorg.conf file.

The Moblin 2.6.24 kernel set CONFIG_ACPI_VIDEO already, but we did not release the changes currently.
