Bug Description
When the column sums of the primary pattern matrix are negative, FAiR_opt2FAobject sweeps the columns of the loadings array, including the fifth shelf, which is the factor contribution matrix. However, the factor contribution matrix should not be swept by negative numbers because it is invariant to a reflection of the factors (but not invariant to scaling the columns by -1)
