Bug Description
These grabbers:
tv_grab_ch_search
tv_grab_eu_epgdata
tv_grab_es_miguiatv
tv_grab_huro
produce listings which do not include programme stop times.
FreeGuide does not display programmes downloaded with these grabbers in the horizontal view, but they are visible in the vertical view.
Since XMLTV does not mandate the provision of stop times, FreeGuide should deal with this situation correctly by figuring out the stop time using the next programme's start time, and displaying them correctly in the horizontal view.

This behaviour was already implemented, but there was a bug that meant sometimes it didn't go through the programmes in the right order, so the end times being given were nonsensical. I've commited a patch that sorts the programmes before giving them end times, and it seems to work correctly now.
