Bug Description

Using 19.10 Beta; did an update from the CLI; closed Tilix; reopened Tilix and attempted to upgrade and dpkg was locked to unattended-upgr (upgrade manager).

Fresh install with only graphics libraries/wine/Lutris installed. Added i386 architecture.

budgie-desktop v 10.5

removing locks on dpkg allowed me to upgrade from CLI, and search showed this to be an older issue but couldn't discern if solved and was an outlier instance necessitating bug report.

That isn't unusual for a beta. The updates are continuous and dpkg will be busy.

Just be patient. It will eventually clear itself after the critical updates have installed themselves by the unattended manager
