Happened on partial upgrade following clean install of Hardy alpha3 amd64 alternate on Latitude D630. /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt-term.log attached to #185667 reporting mono-gac failure to install which was first of a cascade of failures that ended with fspot.

Apparently, new upstream release 0.3.1 has fixed this.

0.3.1 is in hardy and intrepid so this should be fixed according to the previous comment. Please reopen if this still occurs.
