Bug Description
When performing a distribution upgrade, update-manager initially presents a usable (though badly-sized) window. Clicking the "Details" button though resizes that window (by, I'm guessing, the vertical space needed for the new information) and pushes the window's buttons off the bottom of the screen.
The window cannot be moved up, because the titlebar blocks that; and it can't be resized vertically either. The end result is that there is no way to see the buttons, no way for mouse users to click them, and no way for the user to either continue or abort the upgrade other than by guessing at which button MIGHT be highlighted if they TAB around blindly.
This bug is present in the updaters used for (at least) both 19.04 and 19.10.
Also note that the window doesn't even have a Close button, so they can't exit it that way either.
