What was your upgrade path?
An upgrade from gutsy -> hardy should not give this problem since /usr/bin/xdpr is only included in the xprint-utils package since gutsy.

Actually xpr was an Ubuntu specific package that has been removed since Gutsy.

I'm closing this report because there has been no reply to our previous request and the package is only available in Dapper. Don't hesitate to reopen if it's still an issue when upgrading from Dapper.
