Bug Description

Evergreen 3.4 RC1

While testing the aged billing feature I was surprised to see that billings didn't age. Looking at the upgrade scripts the action.age_circ_on_delete trigger func is updated twice; the billing age feature is added in 1181, while the correction to add the auto_renewal field to aged circs is in 1187 but does not include the aged billing changes from 1181.

Thanks for the catch. I've gone ahead and pushed a fix in as DB revision 1192.
