Broken tool tips on ubuntu 19.10

Tool tips on Ubuntu 19.10 randomly shown broken as you can see on the gif that I'm attached below. It does not matter what app I'm using, every where is I have this situation.

Also I'm updated all packages.

Just logged in using Wayland display server and the issue is gone now, Tool tips are displayed correctly.
