Yaru dark is not completely dark after upgrade 19.04 to 19.10

Bug Description

Yaru-dark worked fine until upgraded from 19.04 to 19.10.
Now some dropdown menus are always light (see the screenshot).

Tried to change it to light/default and back - did not help.
