Unable to set static route on eno1

Install recent version of 19.10 daily build. All is well but can't set a static route for my wired ethernet. Going to Settings-Network-Wired tried to fill in IP Address/NetMask/Route and although all appears to be correct the Apply button is never activated to set the static environment.
